Finding Ease Therapy

Welcome. Therapy can be a place to slow down, get honest, and reconnect with yourself.

Many people begin therapy seeking relief—less stress, more clarity, or a way to feel more like themselves again. Others come with big questions about identity, relationships, or direction. Wherever you’re starting from, therapy offers a space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and build skills that support real, lasting change.

At Finding Ease Therapy, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you are genuinely heard and respected. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and mindfulness-informed practices that help clients develop greater self-awareness, regulate emotions, and stay present—even during difficult moments.

Together, we work to identify and release patterns that no longer serve you—emotionally, behaviorally, or cognitively—so there’s room for growth, intention, and meaningful goals. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about strengthening resilience, reducing overwhelm, and creating a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.
